We ask for a phone number because that is how WhatsApp routes chat messages between you and your contacts, similar to how the regular SMS system would. You can send text, images and video. We accept jpg, jpeg, gif, png image file formats, and mp4 for videos.
When you send a message or a bulk, you can choose to schedule or send now. In any case, the sending is not immediate. It is highly recomended to plan ahead your sendings and contact us some days before to be able to give you a custom service.
No, you don´t have. There is a verification option if you need this information. Anyway, after any sending you will have an automaticaly generated file with all the numbers that don´t have WhatsApp®.
Once a sending is finished, you can see a satisfactory sending statistics, numbers that do not have WhatsApp ® and other errors if any. We cannot provide of other data as opening or reading statistics.
No, we don´t. As we don´t have control over the WhatsApp® application, we cannot guarantee that their system is foolproof.
Right now we don´t have an integration with an SMS provider. We can only give you a list of the numbers that don´t have WhatsApp® in the moment that we have verified them so you can send them messages with your regular SMS provider.
No, we can´t. The sender is an arbitrary number and can not be changed now.
