After contracting the service, how long it takes to have it ready to be used?

2 or 3 days normally


Can I use Internet Explorer 9 or below?

No. These versions do not support HTML5 and other stuff that are required here.


What multimedia formats are supported?

Image: jpeg/jpg, gif, png; Video: mp4/mpeg4; Audio: aac (mp3 is NOT supported, but you can easily convert it to aac);
The thumb rule here is: if you have doubts about a multimedia file you want to transmit, try it first using whatsapp in a smartphone to test it.


What is the speed of sending/receiving the messages?

Normally among 5 and 15 seconds. If you send a big multimedia file (several megs) and your PC is slow, it can take a minute or two.


Can I customize the whatsapp profile, nickname and status?

Absolutely. You can do it very easily in the web frontend of the service every time you want.


Can I use a local mobile number in my service? Who will provide it?

Sure, as soon as whatsapp provides service in your country. You have to provide the number, and take care of it.


Can I use a mobile number in a smartphone as a "backup system"?

No, as soon as you and our service get connected at the same time with the same mobile number, whatsapp will block it forever.


Will contacts know I'm not using a smartphone?

No, unless you tell them but, honestly, do you really think this matter?.


Are your communications secured?

Sure. We use SSL with 256 bits encription in all communication between your browser and our service, also whatsapp has its own encryption protocols.


How many users can I register in the service? How is this different from concurrent users?

Registered users are all that have its own username and password to enter into our system. This is recommended for statistical purposes, But that does not mean that all of them will be connected at the same time to our service. Concurrent users are the ones connected at the same time to it. You can have dozens of registered users. There is no limit on that, but concurrent users are limited because we need to take case of our service performance.


Is there any concurrent user limit?

Yes. It is stated in your service contract.


What happen if one more user get connected to the service, overpassing the contracted concurrent user limit?

The service won't stop. Our Support Team will be warned to check the situation and to ask for a contract scalation if required.


Is this service scalable? How can I get more concurrent users connected?

Yes. More concurrent users can be connected, get bigger chat data storage, more contacts, etc. Contact with us if you need more concurrent users.


Is there any volume limit on mesaging?

Yes. It is stated in your service contract, but it uses to be very very big.


What happen if the monthly message limit is overpassed?

The service won't stop. Our Support Team will be warned to check the impact on the system and to ask for a contract scalation if required.


How much "configurable" are the result codes for closed chats?

Completely. You can do it very easily in the web frontend of the service. It's simply a useful list of text subjects tied to closed chats for statistics.


Can I export the content of a chat?

Not currently, mostly because security matter on personal data of contacts. We face this in a case by case basis.


Can I have a full copy of the chat data storage?

A raw export is possible (because it's your data after all) but we face this in a case by case basis.


What kind of statistics you provide?

Opened chats, currently open, closed, closed by user, all these for current day and monthly. If you need more, we do provide statistics and report customization. Contact with us with your case to analyze it.


Can I add a custom field in contact data?

Not currently, but it can be done by our Development team. Contact with us with your case to analyze it.


Do you provide an API for integration with CRM systems or other external applications?

Yes. Contact with us with your requirements to see the best way to interact with your system.


Can your service provide automatic responses to contacts like a IVR or SMS text menu system?
